The other night we were bored so we went to downtown Sugar House to walk around
the little shops. We found the coolest place ever.. its called Luna's Italian Ice. It's also super cheap. My favorite was cherry with layers of vanilla ice cream in between.. YUM!

Braids dont discriminate!

So my friend Lisa decided she wanted dread locks... after thinking about it we decided that extension braids would be a less permanent option. So we go to the hair store near us and they tell us that they don't sell blond extensions at that location, they only sell black extensions... Haha.. I can't imagine why they wouldn't cater to the white folk...so we got them at another store..But only after a few hours of braiding (THANK YOU KARI) and melting ends we came up with the coolest hairstyle ever!:) Lisa you look great

Pineapples

I just love pineapples.. i don't know why. Ever since the
6th grade i found myself drawing them on all of my notebooks.
I even made a pretty ugly cookie jar shaped like a pineapple
that is currently resting in Ruth's basement... haha
They just remind me of a sunny beach somewhere.

Salt Lake City Half Marathon

I wanted to start a blog and the half marathon is a good post to start with.

Adam stayed with Ryan all morning and met up with me towards the end of
the race, he was a good support and a great motivator.We jumped on trax at 6:30am
and it was freezing! There were 15,000 runners at the starting line, so when they
shot the gun to start, it took about 5 min. to actually start walking and then another
5 min. to start running. I love my new Nano, it was so nice to have it. Next time
I need to train more so that I can move the next day.
